As with any online purchase, there are certain terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: ONLINE TRAINING

For Self-Paced Learning:

  • Raise a refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
  • Money-back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the course.
  • Any refund request beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds on discounted or subsidized course fees are not applicable.

For Instructor-Led Training:

  • Raise a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
  • Money-back guarantee is void if the participant has logged in or attended sessions/received recordings beyond 1 day.
  • Refunds beyond 7 days are not applicable.
  • Refunds on discounted or subsidized course fees are not applicable.
  • Refunds are not applicable for participant-rescheduled batches.
  • EMI, education loan, part payment, or token amount payments are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: CLASSROOM TRAINING

SkillGorila reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • If SkillGorila cancels an event, 100% refund is applicable within 10 days of purchase.
  • Travel or personal expenses will not be refunded.
  • Participants beyond 10 days of purchase will be rescheduled.
  • Participant cancellations 10 business days prior will incur a 10% deduction.
  • No refunds within 10 business days of the event.
  • No refunds for non-attendance.
  • Discounted services are non-refundable.
